As it offers so much for about the price of 4 x 10m rolls, it also provides considerable economy and will need replacing far less often. Used once or twice weekly, one pack lasted just over a year!This width is most useful when cooking fish or meat in a parcel as it allows a better seal than the shorter and more easily available 300mm variety which is used more for covering dishes used for reheating food, to stop it from burning etc. However, unless handled with care, the foil is likely to tear and often will when well-sealed and pressurised by steam from within.
