Relatively easy to set up although the instructions are a perfect example of a very poor translation by someone who thinks they can speak English but really can't. The related app is also easy to set up. The only problem we have so far is the blood pressure reading refuses to transfer across from the bracelet to the app while all other data transfers perfectly. All we see is a 'no data' message when the bracelet has completed several cycles of tests. Most frustrating. Removing the strap to gain access to the USB connector requires a combination of very firm grip, a very strong pull and confidence that you are not about to destroy the device - it is a VERY stiff, positive fit!Would be five stars if the data transfer problem can be fixed.Update: Further research seemed to point to the data transfer problem being at the app end not the bracelet if the reviews of the app itself are to be believed. Unfortunately after about 48 hours of use I have had enough of messing about with this item. It is constantly losing connection with the app and reconnection is VERY hit and miss. This morning I have wasted the best part of an hour deleting and reloading the app, changing settings, charging the bracelet etc and all to no avail. This bracelet/app combination is totally unstable and not fit for purpose.
