Le ho provate di tutti i tipi e in tutte le maniere.. capsule, macinato, macinato moka, macinacaffè professionale, macchine dalla de longhi, alla nespresso, Alicia, ecc.Lavoro presso un torrefattore e faccio il tecnico di macchine di caffè da bar. Approdato a questa FABER, vi recensisco a mio modestissimo parere. Ho preso il top di gamma, quella tutta in inox per intenderci, da 330€. Le mie considerazioni non sono positivissime, dato che il prezzo non è giustificato in una super qualità del caffè in tazza ma data più che altro da una mania estetica personale.. il circuito è il medesimo di una qualsiasi altra macchina a cialda, quindi la disposizione di cotanto denaro deve solo soddisfare il vostro occhio. Purtroppo però, a differenza di altri marchi, mi trovo di fronte a soluzioni poco futuristiche ma questo pensiero è figlio del fatto di aspettative elevate, dato l’esborso oneroso. Avrei ad esempio preferito una vaschetta dell’acqua con valvole sul fondo al posto di una simil-bottiglia di plastica con un tappo forato e la canula per il pescaggio.. ogni qualvolta si estrae la bottiglia, inevitabilmente avrete schizzi di acqua. Un altro fattore fastidioso, è il rumore nell’erogazione. Non pretendo silenzio, ma neanche un tremore così forte soprattutto nel silenzio della casa nel mattino presto. Per il resto che dire, l’estrazione del caffè avviene comunque in maniera positiva. Sta a voi spendere tanto per avere solo un oggetto , obiettivamente, di gusto raffinato piuttosto che risparmiando “qualcosa a discapito dell’apparenza, ma con qualità più apprezzabili.
