It has a reflective grid in the center hole that helps you pinpoint where you are aiming, and the instructions on the back are really helpful. I believe this reflective grid is what makes this mirror Mark 3.Some people complain it is heavy. Ok, sure, for the size it feels heavy. But the 2x3 size is 2.1 oz (60 gr) - in my mind, totally acceptable. It is a real mirror, but well built and rugged. I will still wrap it in something useful.I am buying two more. This is a serious piece of kit. Nothing cheap about it. But after receiving it, I realized that it's probably more than I, and perhaps most people, really need, primarily because of its bulk and weight. I also have concerns about durability.
