Lol** A: Yes they're high enough for me. I like them to sit on my waist, they hold in a bit of tummy ( my problem too ) & so far no roll down which I agree is a nuisance. I was immediately pleased when mine arrived, great price. I bought 2 pairs, I'm 5'1" and what I will mention is one pair is shorter in the leg than the other which is of no consequence to me, but might be if taller ? One pair sits between my knee & calf, the other longer below my calf. I like both equally, they've both been in & out of the washing machine, wear/wash well. **Q: I am a size 8 to 10 what size would I need to order?** A: I'm a size 12 and the medium are a good fit. They not super tight like compression tights but comfortable for training in. **Q: Does the pocket fit an iphone 7+ fully and comfortably?** A: Not sure, I don't have the 7+. The pocket is quite deep, but I'm always nervous about phones in pockets during exercise! Sorry, not much help to you....but the leggings are very comfortable! **Q: What size would I need for size 16 large or extra large ?** A: Xtra large I would say. Have worn them running and dancing - great for both! Gorgeous green colour, comfortable, wash well & are flattering especially on the tummy area. I'm a UK 12-14 and bought a L - fit get well. Only issue i have is that they are long. I'm only 5'1" and the capri length is low calf (almost ankle length on me) but I prefer them just below the knee. I wore them this morning (for the first time) to do a timed 5k race so I feel like I have tested them pretty well! The fabric is quite soft and comfortable and all seams are stitched well with no loose threads. They are a decent length and stretchy enough to cover all of those cakes that I ate yesterday morning.Side pockets are a nice touch if you needed to put your phone in there as they lack a zip up pocket at the back. The waistband fits snugly so that there is no danger of them sliding down. I am a size 14 and bought a large based on other reviews/questions and they are a good fit for me without being too baggy or too constructive.Overall a decent piece of clothing for not very much money! They are really stretchy and very comfortable. I ran 6k in them and they didn't budge, so no pulling up required. They have a pocket on each side which are lovely and deep. Enough room for my galaxy S8 and then some, keys in the other and they didn't budge either! Material is quite thick and I like the space print.
