Some reviews talk about quality, but we've had zero issues and believe this is a durable, affordable water heater. You can simply touch the temperature you desire and within 1-2 seconds the water is at that temperature. We also love the unique and trendy colors, which are great because we leave this out on the kitchen counter and it's attractive out in the open.
