Just the right size, does not interfere with dash controls and now I have a place for my cell phone and other things at my fingertips. The silicone mats keep things from rattling. I am very happy my wife talked me into buying it. Looks like a factory attachment. The metal u shaped bar is solid that the tray snaps onto. When inserted into the headrest holes it was a little lose fit so I took electric tape and made 1 wrap around each post and inserted it back in the holes and now shes solid and don't wiggle, easy fix.
