The buttons did not respond as they should have done and add to that the fact that it wouldn't fasten properly. Within three days it stopped working altogether. Maybe the battery had run out which in itself was upsetting after such a short time. I could not be bothered to replace the battery. I was so frustrated I threw it in the bin. From reading other reviews I knew it would have been useless to try to get a refund. Not the W5 Instructions Nor the product software package. Neither from the WEB nor the App.Plus I thought to hell with the extra info. I will just use the pedometer as it seemed to already be set up.FOR AN ANT! Just sitting still it started walking around. so I tested it against the proper one I bought for my wife. She started with them both set to zero at 9am. By 11am she had covered 3000 steps on her one and 6354 on this piece of Sh@*t.Completely useless purchase. it just goes to show that you get what you pay for. I should have learnt by now at age 56.
