I actually think this one has better features and it works which is a bonus! The supplier is very attentative and polite so if you have any problems, let them know and they'll sort you out. Overall, the tracker is very nice! I actually got a Fitbit instead in the end because I needed something urgently but this is great for my mother. I will give four stars for the attentative of the supplier and how nice the new tracker is.Old review: Received one for my birthday, wouldn't turn on or charge so arranged a refund and ordered another figuring I am just unlucky. Exact same thing on the second one. So I can't tell you what it's like. I can't afford to order another now until I get refunds on these. So a week after my birthday, I still don't have a working fitness tracker. It is easy to use and comfortable to wear. It tracks steps and syncs to my Galaxy S4. The app is user friendly and shows sleep, activity and heart rate. It doesn't seem to be supported by My Fitness Pal which is a shame as I use that app as well. The watch itself is great, I'd give it 5 stars if it was compatable with my other apps.
