But... *by οΏ½***5 on May 3, 2025* I have to say that this 600mg "Himalayan Shilajit Resin Ashwagold" supplement just really isn't for me. It was my first time trying Shilajit, and it will be my last. I wasn't expecting the small and strong flavor. However, I have read so many good things about this that I can't deny that it must do something for others. It was easy to use as you only had to add a small amount to your drink each day. According to my research, the 600mg is the right strength to take for up to 30 days, and then you are supposed to stop use for 3 months before using again. I just didn't notice any changes to my daily energy levels, but I did notice that I had more trouble sleeping at night. I didn't notice any other changes to my health either. However, I fully understand that with any supplement/vitamin/mineral, each person's body will accept it and use it differently. Just because this didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you.
