The undulating movement starts in the shoulders, with maximum amplitude towards the hips, the legs almost don't bend to transfer the movement to the Monofin. The movement continues with the undulation of the body Latest generation Polypropylene blade, flexible and resistant material, generating an elastic effect. Phase 2: Ascending The legs continue to push the swimmer whilst the hands act as a plane to guide the swimmer back to the surface. The swimmer reaches the horizontal position as they surface. The streamlined nature of the blade distributes the forces across its surface whilst enabling the water to easily run off. Polypropylene stiffeners with side reinforcement. This is a must buy for any budding mermaid. Having already had a cheaper version which wore well we decided to go up market this is a very strong fin fits well. My daughter who is 10 but has big feet loves it.
