If you are smaller up top and rounder on the belly, a 14 will be fine. If your bust is what makes you a large 14, I would size up. **Q: Can you adjust the straps and do this come up small or big?** A: I'm a size 18, 5ft 8inch tall and I ordered 3xl. they fit perfect. The straps aren't adjustable.. Really pleased with them. Ive washed them many times and still perfect. I’m a larger lady and they flatter and fit perfect. The material is nice. Soft and cotton. Didn’t lose any color when it went for the wash. Doesn’t crease up much when rolled up and packed in your luggage. I have now bought a few. Colour range wasn’t great when I went to buy, but only cos they were sold out of my size. But there is plenty of colours to pick from.
