All of a sudden I can't press it down and lock it. Thank you!** A: I’ve had the same issue off and on after a couple months - what I’ve found works most of the time is to rotate the wheel inside backwards a little bit and make sure it lines up with the cup properly and it usually fixes it. **Q: Plastic cup is too tight around the black blade piece to take off and use. What should I do?** A: I have not had this problem- but if I am not careful the screw ends do not match up and it is not able to thread together. Could it be dried sticky juice that has locked it in?
