I'm training for the Chicago Marathon and my knee has been hurting a little. My physical therapist applied kinesiology tape to my knee and charged me $30. I saw exactly how she did it, bought this tape and applied it myself. The adhesive stays on even in the shower. Easy to use. I can determine the length of the tape on my own. No weird smells.
