I had purchased two jugs of DEF from WalMart as I had ten times before with oil to do an LOF on my BMW M57Y motor. Shortly after adding it to my tank, I received a msg telling me that I had 200 miles before my engine would not start and had to be reset by the dealer. My independent mechanic told me to test it and recommended that I purchase this to do so. While they drained my system and refilled it, I tested the bottle of what was left and wouldn't you know...I would have saved myself several hundred dollars had I just tested it before I put it in.
