It was incredibly easy to install to the factory radio harness and it worked right out of the box. It’s taking a little getting used to because I am not an Android expert, but I am feeling my way around. and it is just fine. The CarPlay works flawlessly. At this point, I would buy it again given the opportunity. The price is right, the screen is crystal clear and the features are very rich. The last aftermarket radio I bought to replace the factory garbage was also garbage and the module I bought separately for it to have steering wheel controls never worked right. And I didn’t even have to install the external mic. ### ⭐ Review *by R***Y on 30 January 2025* So I'll start off saying this was an easy install. The mount is awesome and it looks good in your Jeep. Outside of that the software is laggy and the Android auto has been nothing but problems. Currently, as I'm writing this review, sound is not coming out of the unit. I find the only way to remedy this is to do a complete factory reset. Then everything works fine again for a day. So yeah you get a really good looking unit that works for a day and then you have to factory reset it every time and you have to be close to Wi-Fi to get the laggy z Link software to to authenticate. 100% buyer beware. It seems like some people have no issues but I just want others to know. Maybe try another unit.
