I read many reviews before deciding on this one for these reasons: price, brand name, size, two attachments plus the unique scraper. The instruction booklet is comprehensive: 12 pages in English. The parts are clearly labeled: tge processing chart is especially helpful. Some have commented on the noise. We didn’t find it excessive. It processed my mixed frozen fruit for a smoothie very quickly as did the batter for black bean brownies which need to be processed fully. For such a powerful machine, it is surprisingly light weight. It has two speeds plus a pulse option which we used. Although we had the bowl scraper inside the bowl, the volume of the smoothie did not require that particular action. However, I can see where that would be a very useful function. We have not tried the chopping blade yet. It has two holes to insert your fingers for removal. The blade is clearly labeled: shred and slice. I’m looking forward to many years of service from this Hamilton Beach food processor.
