## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this test for hydrogen sulfide?**
A: Aquavial is a test for total bacteria and fungi, including hydrogen sulfide and sulfur - producing bacteria. If any bacteria is present over the detection limit, it will produce a color change, but it will not tell you whether is a sulfur producing bacteria or another kind. 
The test is not designed to detect directly hydrogen sulfide- the presence of hydrogen is easily detected even at very low concentration as it has a very specific "rotten eggs" smell.

**Q: How many time can i use this kit? or rather how many tests does each box contain?**
A: Each kit contains one test. You can use it to test once for total bacteria, fungi and biofilm detection. For multiple use application please see our AquaVial PRO500 version of the kit. The AquaVial PRO500 kit includes 24 tests.

The test kit appears to be well made and of high quality materials. The instructions are confusing and the print is sooo tiny. I had difficult twisting the test chambers together and the color chart to analyze the result was of poor quality.I believe the result of my test was 0 bacteria, but I am going to purchase a different test just to make sure.

So this product didnt work- no results for multiple tests. I returned the kit on Jan 7th (i have the tracking info) and and now, after 3 weeks they still have not credited my account.
