Most importantly, it relieves the pain and muscle stiffness that often keep me awake at night, without the side effects I get from over-the-counter pain meds. It can also help when soreness, fatigue and brain fog flare up during the day. Very easy to take--just two tiny tablets under the tongue--and it takes effect quite quickly. As with most homeopathic treatments, in order for it to work you need to wait at least ten minutes after eating to take it, and don't eat for ten minutes afterwards. Highly recommended for anyone who struggles with fibromyalgia.

It can also help when soreness, fatigue and brain fog flare up during the day. Very easy to take--just two tiny tablets under the tongue--and it takes effect quite quickly.
