This coat will last me a decade or two just like my last one. Zippers function easily, there are snaps after that to shut down a little more, and side zip vemts if you need a little room to walk, run or just cool off, all working well, The fur trim is having a bit of a hard time staying in place. I may use a couple of velcro dots to tac down as it does enhance the hood nicely. The hood is large but not so large your going to blind yourself as in the new extea large hoods i have been seeing.
