But I did notice that most bad reviews are more about expectations than quality or taste. 'I thought it was going to be..." or "This isn't like...".Personally, I received one of these in a vegancuts box and loved it so much that I bought a 4 pack off Amazon. The downside is the price is ridiculously high, making these an 'every now and again' indulgence.As far as some of the negative things I read:- Packaging clearly states these are blondies or brownies, not cookies. If the blondies you do enjoy or are used to are hard like cookies, then I have some bad news for you: you have been living a lie your entire life (or maybe, reconsider that the things at Starbucks should NOT be the baseline for what you know)- Birthday cake flavor is akin to birthday cake flavored ice cream, not an actual birthday cakeAlso subjectively, I haven't experienced any other vegan, packaged dessert snack as good as the Birthday Cake blondie. I'm not saying there isn't a better snack, I'm saying the ones I've tried so far aren't better than this.... most are dry rocks or taste like nasty protein bars. These birthday cake treats sounded too good to be true, but I ordered a box and they disappeared before I even had a chance to try one! Now I order them in bulk and hide a few for myself. They are AMAZING! They taste like “real” birthday cake and sprinkles, but not too sickeningly sweet. I send them in my daughter’s lunch, and I’m going to stock my son’s dorm room with them.
