Having it ready to melt with non of the tempering to do is a game changer. I can now make treats in no time. I have used it to make filled chocolate bars, dipped strawberries, covered sandwich cookies and even have just popped a few in my mouth for a quick chocolate fix. It coated the strawberries with a nice coat in one dip and hardened quickly so we had delicious treat in less than 20 minutes from start to finish. I made peanut butter filled ritz crackers and dipped them with equal yummy and quick results. Because I live in the PNW where the weather is chilly this time of year I didn't even need to put these in the fridge.
