You cannot obtain anything with their support online or on the phone... I was told that I'd once again need to send it in since they neglected to install the recovery media application! The whole point of sending it to the facility the first time was to have everything reinstalled, everything but the one thing to prevent me from being at the mercy of their mediocre tech support and service. So buy with caution and immediately back up everything! I have tested the most popular ones. Online gaming is very fluid given the killer WIFI and this product is very good for the price.
