I am a size 9.5 4E and walk on a concrete floor 9 hours a day 5 1/2 days a week!! I will admit that when I first put them on they felt awkward on my feet but I decided to continue and give them a try. Unlike a lot of reviews that will give you an opinion within the first couple of days, I wanted to give them the full go around and use them before I gave my own results of this product and honestly didn't believe they would work for me.I received and started using them on July 11, 2018. After getting use to something tight wrapped around my foot other than my socks (about 2 days) I forgot I was wearing the supports and my feet started to feel better every day. When I first put them on my pain went away but I wasn't sure if it was a temporary fluke or these things were actually working. To my surprise after a month of wearing them I am going to order a few more pairs so I can rotate them while being washed. I liked them right away but decided to wait awhile and try them out along with a possible competitor pair before doing my review. Well.....I did indeed try a competitor's product....and they weren't terrible but they definitely put circulation marks and upper foot pain from too tight a foot. My arch is wide....but not overly as I am not a big person. The Healwell are far more comfortable and do not leave more than a very minor mark on the foot when you remove them. Of course, the marks go away very quickly when the arch supports are removed.The Healwell arch is by far more comfortable. I will be buying a second pair very soon and plan on "retiring" the competitor's arch supports.I have very flat feet and wearing the Healwell arch along with a shoe support insert has made a major difference. The arch is definitely the key to far less foot pain. I am so very glad that I found them and I recommend them highly.
