## Description

Unlike traditional gel colours, Colour Mill Oil Blend loves the fats and oils contained in baked goods and uses them to distribute the special colour formula. The result is an extraordinarily vibrant, rich, even color that does not fade. Works especially well with buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake dough, ganache and sugar paste. Also works with flower paste, gumpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, cake dough, pastry, icing, isomalt, piping gels, cake icing mixes and more. Not only will your cakes look amazing, but with Colour Mill you will get more colour for your money. The high concentration allows you to use a much smaller amount than normal for even more brilliant and colourful results. One small drop at a time is enough to get the desired colour - we recommend using the end of a cocktail stick. If you use multiple drops, the colour intensifies, while less use results in muted shades. Slowly increase the colour as you mix the batter to achieve the desired shade. You can choose from over 50 different colours and each bottle contains 20ml. The bottle is equipped with a measuring cap which increases the accuracy of dosing. Please note that the pigments used in each colour vary in weight. Some weigh more than others, but all colours have the same strength and are filled to the brim. Colour Mill can be diluted with alcohol to achieve an edible colour. Please note that colours may have a longer drying time due to the oil they contain. Kosher certified. Shake well before use. Be patient, the colours will develop over time. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from sunlight.
