NI INDICATION THIS IS MADE IN THE USA. ### ⭐ Garbage. Absolute waste *by S***V on April 23, 2023* I bought a different product Alpha GPC from HAYA. I usually get it from a different brand which was unavailable at the store, but Haya was, and at 2/3 the price. The other brand works noticably. With HAYA I took 2x the amount I normally take, and it didn't work. Next time I took 3x the amount (which is within the recommended dose) and it still did nothing, but it did give me a headache, and the next day I woke up mentally drained and groggy. That is not at all how the product works. You can't really overdo it, it is just choline for the nerve synapses. Whatever was in HAYA's capsules was not Alpha GPC. Trace amounts perhaps, if any? But it was laced with something else that gave me a headache. Based on that, I would assume that all of their products are not at all what the label says. Who knows what is in there and what it will do to you.
