A: Women & Men 50-80+ at any skill level (beginners or experienced). Program is low impact and Jaime shows how to modify certain moves that may be too challenging for some. Workouts are 8 minutes a day x 5 days (plus 2 rest and recovery days) each week.

**Q: Where do I get the extra included items?**
A: When you receive your DVD package there will be a printed insert inside the case with instructions.

**Q: What positive results can I expect?**
A: When you follow the full program, you'll improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and more. Using the healthy eating guidelines and grocery shopping lists gives you your best chance of losing a size by the end of the 28-day program.

**Q: What equipment do I need?**
A: Just a pair of 3 to 5 lb. hand weights, a water bottle, a towel, a yoga mat, and a sturdy chair for balance. Don't delay if you don't have hand weights yet. You can substitute with cans of soup until you do!

**Q: Are there any chair exercises or yoga poses?**
A: No. The chair is used primarily to help you maintain balance with certain exercises.
