i sent in a picture of my niece dog that she lost back in july and this company got ever detail down to even the little black spot on his paw and trust me when i say that is one of the first things that she looked for and she said aunt d im about to cry they got this little black spot on his paw and she knew then that it was just perfect and that you guys did a awesome job agian i just want to say thank you for making her day and now she has him forever with her

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my little sister, who is totally smitten with the little rescue dog she got this year. I am BLOWN AWAY by the outcome!!! They did a fantastic job. The pendant came out looking JUST like the photo I sent. I am amazed at how accurate it is. It comes packaged in a cute and well done gift box, along with a silver polishing cloth, and detailed instructions on how to care for the pendant and necklace. Let me add, with the box came a very well done gift bag to give it in. It was done with a lot of thought, and makes it look so perfect. I would have paid 3 times what I did for it. The quality is amazing, and I am more than pleased with it. I am DYING for my sister to open it at Christmas. I took a pic of it, and it’s all I can do not to show her now. She is going to LOVE it. I will also be ordering some for myself with pics of my own pets. Great gift, great keepsake. Highly recommend!!!!

Love it. Perfect. Back is free customize. This chain is sparkly. I have not used it in the shower yet. I try to not shower in any of my jewelry. I lost my baby the first of June last year (2020.... need I say more ?...) what a terrible year that was but anyway I looked for months for the right item that would sooth my pain and heartbreak some and let’s just say I have a lot of Brussels Griffon stuff but this is what I needed all along. Loving it. I wear mine just about daily. And may I add the seller = the best you can hope for. This is the necklace!!! This necklace was for my fiancee. We lost our dog after 19 years of him living the best life it could have had. The necklace was wonderful when it arrived and exactly as described with the picture I submitted. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Fantastic. I ordered this item for a relative who owns a beautiful cat. I asked for a few different shots of the cat to upload for the personalized necklace. I uploaded to them and, while I was worried the background couldnt be cropped out, I proceeded with the order. I couldnt have been more wrong. They cropped it beautifully leaving only a highly detailed and picturesque pendant which is unmistakably accurate. Highly satisfied both with the quality and price. The only concern I had was that the included chain seemed a bit thin. However when I gave the gift all doubts were erased. She loved it and thought the chain was the perfect size/weight. Cannot reccomend enough and will be buying more soon. My family has 5 dogs and i cannot wait to see the beautiful work this company will do! Happy new year!

I am happy with this photo necklace. The image turned out beautifully, and represents my dog well.The pendant is smaller than I envisioned (about the size of a quarter), but at this size it is not too heavy. The writing on the back is very small, but the text is clear. Because the original photo is not symmetrical (dog's face on one side and tail on the other), the pendant hangs at a different angle than the original photo (see pictures). This may be something to keep in mind when choosing a photo.Ordering the necklace and submitting a photo was a smooth process. I purchased the necklace and then went into "my orders" on Amazon and used the "contact seller" button to send a message with my photo and desired text. The seller responded quickly to let me know that my text and photo were received and that the necklace would be created soon.I was surprised how quickly the necklace was printed and shipped. I received it earlier than expected. This photo necklace is good quality and I recommend it.
