It seems to be very non stick. It’s a nice weight and size. I thought it might be a bit small but it’s bigger than I expected. The pan handle and the lid handle both stay cool. I use wooden spoons and hand wash these pans as they are very expensive so I can’t comment on using metal utensils/dishwasher. It’s also extremely well packaged so there’s no danger of dents etc. The little steam vent hole works really well and as you only need a very low flame to cook things there’s hardly any steam in the kitchen. I’m really pleased with my hexclad pans and I love cooking with them. I’m glad I went with them even though they are pricey.
