I do open the capsule up every morning and put powder in my mouth with a good glass of water. Don't like plastic going in my system. Anyway product is effective for me at least no side effects, most of joint pain has gone. Seen improvements in my skin and energy level, definitely sleep better! Size is small but since I open the capsule it doesn't matter. Simple to use after I take it with water, I take my vitamin liquid that way I know everything is being absorbed! It is pricey and I definitely don't like that they want you to have a subscription which I won't. Yet I will probably pay the full price to keep using it because the benefits for me are there!

I have taken it for a few months. And this is one vitamin pill that I can feel the difference. I rate very few products. I am in my 70s and can really feel the difference. I am not paid to give this review. I have never taken any vitamin that I felt a difference. I know that it is spendy. But if you can afford - I think you will be surprised. I take lots of vitamins and this helps an old guy. More than the rest!
