I downloaded the ycam app, I set my wifi to inskam device, then started ycam app, the app immediately closes, removed app reinstalled with same results. the camera works fine on my pc but I paid the extra money for the wireless which now is worthless, I even tried the inskam app that did not work either. I could have bought a much cheaper camera for my pc.I decided to install the app again, and after a few more stops and restarts, it works!!

i An overall happy with this product. It was easy to connect to my iPhone and the battery life has been great. I’ve used it a few times now and haven’t charged the unit at all from the charge that came with it. The only thing I have difficulty with is attaching the accessories. I’m still not positive that I am attaching them correctly, but I made it work. The image resolution seems great, but it can be a little difficult to maneuver it around to get the image you want because there isn’t an easy way to figure out the orientation of the camera.

I'm surprised it's so cheap and that it actually works!! I used it with my phone, but decided I prefer using my computer instead. I found some earwax stuck to the wall of my ear, and managed to remove it. I didn't like the ear spoons that this endoscope came with so I used my own ear picks instead, but I'm sure the available spoons are okay for anyone to use. I would recommend using Photo Booth if you have a Mac because the capture looks better than when using the phone app.

wow, for the price i couldn't have thought it would work better. wish i bought one ages ago, great for looking into my sick kids ears and throat

The ear scope came in a little case that looks like an eyeglasses box and had a bunch of little parts to it. It's easy to get a lot of wax for me, and I have to go to the clinic for ear wax cleaning which cost over $45 per visit. Now I am able to see the problem and fix it for free from the comfort of our home.It help me to save a lot of money!

This camera is awesome! Super easy to install. make use your WiFi is on, download the app, open the app, and use the camera! My doctor told me I had a bit of earwax in one of my ears, I used the camera to check it out. Then flushed it out with water.

I purchased this otoscope to check our daughter's ears at home, because she often pulls on them when she is upset and we were worried about ear infections. It's so easy to use and I like it. It is so nice to be able to check her ears at home. She usually cries when the pediatrician checks her ears, but she doesn't mind when I check at home. So far this ear camera has been a good purchase!

It's advertised as an ear cleaning endoscope,but you can use it for small and dark spaces that you want to look at,So I couldn't wait to have a try after receiving this ear scope. When I used it to check the refrigerator, I found there was a bling-bling stuff under refrigerator(you can see the picture). So i used the pen to pick it out and found it was my lost bracelet(i had sought it for long time). This result made me pretty happy,By the way,it's waterproofness is so nice, i like it so much.
