I found out the hard way that you can not seal it like you can regular stain. So it will show water spots and such. So for this reason I personally would not use on toekick because mopping will cause water spotting. **Q: If you use this product, does it make it harder to refinish cabinets later?** A: The wax wears off over time. One can clean the wax off with mineral spirits. Actually I use Briwax instead of refinishing. When my antiques need a touch up, I just use Briwax again. **Q: What color would work best for orangey oak?** A: I would use Golden Oak BriWax. I have used BriWax for many years-great product. **Q: Hello, i have a mahogany cabinet that is too red. i don't necessarily want to darken it, but i do need to tone down the red. will "tudor brown" help?** A: Hi from what I’ve researched you would need to use dark brown it’s use to tone down the the red in a piece the Tudor brown would make it darker.
