So, I decided to give this gliding discs a try. The product seems made from a high-quality material, which is worth buying at the offered price. It has two different sides made for different surfaces. I can exercise either on a carpet or laminated floor with the same discs. For me, that's convenient enough.The other thing about the process, the YouTubers made it look easy peasy! But it is way so hard for me, but I'm gonna take that as a challenge! I hope I'll be consistent in getting back my pre 3 children body. Wish me luck! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition *by D***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 November 2018* If you want something that will create and white fire in the abs and quads I highly recommend this product. This makes mountain climber a lot harder I can usually do them for ages but with them, after 40 seconds my legs feel like jelly and my abs are making me feel sick. The sliders are really good and they do slide around wonderfully. They give you a great workout if used properly. The product is awesome and so versatile and it really does make a difference if you are trying to build core strength, and the discs are of a good size that you can carry with you everywhere. I am beyond happy with this purchase. I tried them both on a carpet and on a wooden floor and they work wonders, clearly more challenging on a carpet, because of greater resistance, but definitely fantastic !! They come with a great ebook (you can download it from the brand website) and mobile app, which is really helpful if you are a beginner and do not know how to use the sliders. They're great on both a carpeted floor (shiny side down) or wooden floor (shiny side up), and are great for core exercises such as mountain climbers, etc.They're cheap enough and do a great job, definitely worth the price.
