Definitely worth a try! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This actually works *by L***L on 22 April 2026* I have chemo-induced insomnia and decided to try this after seeing a recommendation on instagram. Boy am I glad I did! The first few times I tried it I thought it was a fluke. A normal night for me is either not falling asleep until 2am, or falling asleep at 11 and being wide awake at 3am. With this I sleep a solid 8hrs+ each time. I put it down to me being so tired I had one good night every so often. But quickly realised it was only when I resorted to this lotion. The difference is so clear that I recommended it to my husband. He sleeps OK but wakes a lot. The first night he tried it he did a solid sleep with no waking for toilet breaks, for the first time in years. All I can conclude is this product actually works.
