Now the bad, it's super slick, my go to surgeons knot slips the braid right threw. Had to go a couple extra loops. I'm not getting so much wind knots but the line is so thin and light it wraps around the guides, tips and the rod. I think it did absord some water over the course of fishing and the casting distance diminished a little bit. I am NOT a novice, I fish weekly in a kayak in salt water. I own literally over 80 rods and reels and gave away a bunch. I like the braid, I am going to keep using it.
