Very difficult to assemble but once he knew what he was doing he was fine

Although the design of these bunks is OK we had major problems with delivery. Estimated delivery dates on Amazon were meaningless. Tracking information minimal and inaccurate. They kept trying to deliver when we were out. We'd have been in if they had said which day they would come. We rang Amazon customer services several times. They couldn't help. The supplier and the carrier(Tunstalls) could not be contacted. At one stage the courier delivered one of the 5 parcels and just left it outside our apartment block. Construction is not easy and you need to be good at doing flat pack. We had bolts missing. This firm have a dedicated website to sending missing parts. What does that say? So overall the product is OK and of average quality, the non existent customer service is a real problem
