I was attracted by the pate-like texture as she's only a small cat so doesn't manage well with big chunks of meat. She has a tendency to suck the gravy off other foods so this sounded like it could be great. When I opened the trays I was surprised by the texture. Out of the tray it looks like a terrine of pate, but when I broke it up with a spoon in the cat bowl, mixed in with the meat I could see what resembled white gristly bits. I don't know if this actually was gristle or something else, but the bottom line is neither of my cats will eat it, even my younger (bigger) boy cat who eats everything, literally EVERYTHING, won't touch it.
