Good for beginner cooks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by G***R on 23 November 2024* I was hesitant to use this because I didn't think it would keep the pork chops from drying out. Was I ever wrong! The chops were even overcooked a little to ensure they were fully cooked and they still came out juicy and full of flavor. I put this into a foil lined 9x13 pan and I only snipped three holes into the baggie with scissors and the bag held up and didn't leak, clean up was a cinch. I made the mistake of trying to rub the seasoning into the meat and ended up with more on my fingers then on the meat. Next time I will just sprinkle it on and leave it alone. The seasoning mix is super fine, so as long as the pork chops are a little wet, the seasoning should stick to them with ease. The flavor of the seasoning reminded me of the old recipe for Lawry's seasoning salt before they took the MSG out of it. Don't worry, this doesn't have MSG in it either.
