It is the one with the amount of forskohilli that works to bust the fat cells. I lost quite a bit of weight using this with Konjac Root, Astragalus Root and Ultimate African Mango Extract. I ate what I wanted, I'm a vegetarian and working towards being a vegan. My cholestrals also decreased using these products. I don't know if the Coleus Forskohilli was the reason but because of what it does I thought maybe it was the reason. I'm taking a break for a while and then it's time to have my cholestrals tested again.
