Super easy to get on and off. I used the size down method to get super sculpted and it was still easy to get on. My one concern is the length of how high it goes. I dont have a long torso at all and it took A LOT of finagling to get it all the way up. If you do have a longer torso you do run the risk of getting a bit of a muffin top under your arms and breast area. Once it goes up there are no issues with it sliding or rolling down even when you sit and stand.
