His doctor did bloodwork and found that his vitamin D levels were very low. He really doesn’t spend much time outside, so that probably wasn’t helping. Since he started taking these, he says he’s been sleeping better and feeling happier and more like himself. Of course, everyone is different, and I’m glad his doctor checked his levels and recommended that he address the deficiency. I like that these are easy to take, and NOW is a brand I feel comfortable buying.
