I bought for a gift, and it was a hit! It came vacuum sealed. I think it is weird when people complain about that on other products, but it did catch me off guard with this full size body pillow. Not to worry, it puffed up after coming out of the package. It is soft and appears as it did in the photo. The size also measured to the length I ordered. Since it is new, I cant speak yet on durability, but it is machine washable. You can google how to do this. All around a great gift that made a big impact for the price.
