A: My sister and I used Merckens for our Christmas candy molds.

**Q: Can you melt in the microwave?**
A: Yes.

Put in microwave for 30 seconds,
take out and stir it,
put back for another 30 seconds,
stir again,
put in for another 20 seconds.

That should do it.

A: Approximately 1 inch in diameter.

**Q: I'm a subscribe customer and again the chocolate arrives all melted.  It was horrible..... What should I do?**
A: Mine also arrived melted.  I was very disappointed because I do not use them to melt. We eat them out of a candy dish. They offered to refund half of my money but that doesn't fix the problem. ☹️ Not sure why they can't pack them properly for shipping in warm weather.
