The actual iron is very lightweight and glides beautifully. The main unit is relatively large but is portable, however the chord from the unit to the iron is very long so no issues there. This iron comes with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee and I suppose the reason they offer this is because the quality is so good. I have no idea if this iron will last that long but it's good to know there is a long guarantee to fall back on should it go wrong before then. The problem is that the steam hundle doesn't work anymore and you cant find official Polti center in UK.
