The first one i bought lasted about a month, It broke when one of my patients (I am a CNA) decided she wanted a better look at it. The aligaitor clamp broke off and theres no real way to fix it once it breaks. (i tried to fix it i loved it so much.) the second one i bout lasted about a week before it broke in the exact same way. So long story short, this is a beautiful card holder, but its not realistic if your a nurse or a CNA or anyone that works directly with people. I would love to buy a third one but at this point, i know it will just break. If youwork at an office or in reception this would be perfect for ya.
