A: it not need to any cutting/drilling it will perfect fit sir , it don't have installation becuase it very easy to fit sir

Install was easy. I did notch out the hole for the wires so I didn't have to disconnect them and feed them threw the hole. A quick trip to the hardware store for some longer bolts and that was it. Great for holding my lunch box on the way to work .
