I was skeptical, but I had an order for a cake with a black vanilla buttercream base. Achieving black buttercream with no cocoa powder has always been difficult, and when I can it always tastes bitter. This product allowed me to achieve jet black buttercream with NO bitter taste. It didn't take a lot of coloring to get to black. Just trust the process!
