I am 5'3 153lb, wear a size 6 in pants. Fits perfectly. The zipper did start to fall some during my 2mi run today but it should be easy to put a small clip on the inside. The material is great and it didn't flip or get twisted at all. Will update if anything changes! I have a Samsung galaxy s7 and it fits perfect in the pouch.Update: wore a thinner jacket for my run today and no issues with the zipper falling! If you are carrying energy bars too you can forget about it. That is why I love the WallaBelt - it will carry my car key (it even comes with a key hook) and my phone if I choose to bring it, and even has some smaller open pockets to stash things like energy gels or tissues (for the cold mornings). I got the medium and fits me just right, although its got stretch to it so anyone should be able to find a size that fits.
