The stand went together easily and quickly, I made one error using the long screws were short ones were required, my bad. The instruction were clear except in one area! In the hardware package there were 2 sets of plastic standoffs, 1/4" and 1/2", but it wasn't clear which should be used when, I used the 1/2" spacers, between the plate that gets screwed on the back of the TV, in my case a 40" Vizio. For me the lowest of 3 height settings was the best. The stand is quite heavy and very sturdy! For the cost a great purchase. There was one part packed with the 1/2" standoff that was an enigma, I figured out it had nothing at all to do with the stand! Very satisfied with this stand.
