Especially when I am getting over a cold but the chest stuff lingers. Cheaper than brand name. Only 400 mg so you can take as much as you need. 400/800/1200. Works great for me. It is an oblong tablet. Not coated or if it is not much. Not too big though. You get 200 in this bottle. It does have a child proof lid, so maybe elderly will need help opening.
